gPlayer는 Google Drive에 보관한 동영상과 자막을 내 기기에서 재생하는 미디어 플레이어입니다.
gPlayer에서 할 수 있는 일
- 내 드라이브와 접근 권한이 있는 공유 드라이브의 폴더·파일 탐색
- 선택한 영상 재생, 0.5~2배속과 최근 시청 이어보기
- 영상 폴더의 외부 자막 찾기, 기기에서 자막 파일 선택, 자막 싱크 조절
- 선택한 외부 자막의 AI AI 다국어 자막 번역과 원문 복원
현재 정식 출시를 준비하고 있습니다. AI 번역은 제한된 테스트 계정에 제공되며, 인앱결제와 광고는 아직 활성화되지 않았습니다.
Google Drive 읽기 권한을 사용하는 이유
Google 계정으로 로그인하면 기존 폴더와 파일을 탐색하고 선택한 영상·자막을 읽을 수 있습니다. gPlayer는 Drive 파일을 수정하거나 삭제하지 않으며 공유 권한을 변경하지 않습니다. 영상 콘텐츠를 제공하거나 다른 사람의 Drive 자료를 공개하는 서비스가 아닙니다.
영상은 Google Drive에서 기기로 재생됩니다. AI 번역을 요청하면 자막 텍스트가 gPlayer 번역 서버와 Google Gemini로 전송됩니다. 서버에 저장되는 번역은 계정별로 구분되며, 다른 이용자와 공동으로 사용하지 않습니다.
About gPlayer
gPlayer is a native media player for videos and subtitle files in your Google Drive and shared drives you can access. Browse folders, play a selected video on your device, load matching external subtitles, adjust subtitle timing, and translate subtitle text into Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified or Traditional Chinese, or Spanish. Supported embedded text tracks, dual subtitles and SRT export are available in the updated app.
Drive access is read-only. gPlayer does not modify files or sharing permissions. Video streams go from Google Drive to your device. When you request AI translation, subtitle text is sent to the gPlayer translation service and Google Gemini. Server translation records are kept separately for each authenticated user.
The app is preparing for public release. AI translation currently has limited test access. In-app purchases and advertising are not yet enabled. Read our Privacy Policy for data use and deletion details.
