1. 접근하거나 처리하는 정보와 목적

• Google 로그인 정보: 이메일 주소, Google 계정 식별정보, 이름·프로필 이미지 등 기본 프로필과 인증 토큰을 로그인 및 계정 확인에 사용합니다. 번역 계정 확인에는 Firebase Authentication을 사용합니다. Google 비밀번호는 gPlayer가 받지 않습니다.
• Google Drive 정보: 폴더·공유 드라이브·파일의 이름, ID 및 파일 종류 등 메타데이터를 탐색과 자막 검색에 사용합니다. 선택한 영상과 자막의 내용을 재생·표시하기 위해 읽습니다. 읽기 권한으로 파일을 수정·삭제하거나 공유 설정을 변경하지 않습니다.
• 기기에서 선택한 파일: 이용자가 선택한 영상·자막을 재생·표시합니다. 이어보기 위치와 설정, 일부 번역 캐시가 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 번역 서비스 정보: 번역을 요청한 자막 텍스트와 타이밍, 원문·번역 대상 언어, 번역 결과, 작업 상태, 계정별 이용권 잔량 및 사용량을 번역 제공·재사용·오류 처리·비용 관리에 사용합니다.
• 결제 정보: Apple·Google의 상품·거래 번호, 구매 검증 토큰, 계정 연결용 임의 식별자, 구독·환불 상태를 이용권 지급과 중복·부정 사용 방지에 사용합니다. 카드 번호는 스토어가 처리하며 gPlayer가 받지 않습니다.
• 접속·문의 정보: IP 주소와 오류 등 기술 정보는 요청 처리와 서비스 보호에 사용될 수 있습니다. 이메일 문의 내용과 회신 주소는 문의 및 삭제 요청 처리에 사용합니다.

2. 자막 번역과 외부 처리

영상은 Google Drive에서 이용자의 기기로 재생되며 gPlayer 번역 서버로 보내지 않습니다. AI 번역을 요청하는 경우에만 자막 텍스트와 번역에 필요한 정보가 gPlayer 서버 및 Google Gemini로 전송됩니다. 번역 서버는 Drive 접근 토큰이나 영상 스트림을 받지 않습니다.

인증 및 서버 데이터 저장에는 Google Firebase Authentication과 Cloud Firestore를 사용합니다. 번역 원문·결과와 작업·사용량 기록은 인증된 계정별로 구분하여 저장합니다. 같은 계정에서 같은 작업을 다시 요청하면 기존 번역을 재사용할 수 있으며, 다른 계정의 번역을 공동 사용하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 개인 테스트 빌드에는 기기에서 Firebase AI로 직접 번역을 요청하고 기기에 결과를 보관하는 경로도 있습니다.

Google 서비스의 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Gemini API 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. Google 시스템에서 처리되는 정보는 해외에서 처리될 수 있습니다. gPlayer는 Google 데이터를 광고 타기팅, 데이터 판매 또는 범용 AI 모델 학습을 위한 데이터셋으로 사용하지 않습니다.

3. Google API 데이터의 제한적 사용

gPlayer의 Google API 수신 정보 이용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다. Drive 데이터는 이용자가 선택한 재생·자막·번역 기능을 제공하는 데 사용합니다. 운영자가 콘텐츠를 열람하는 것은 이용자의 명시적인 요청·동의가 있는 지원, 보안 문제 대응 또는 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 경우로 제한합니다.

4. 보관 및 보호

로그인 계정 정보와 서버의 자막·번역·이용 기록은 계정 이용 및 번역 재사용을 위해 보관합니다. 앱의 계정 삭제 기능 또는 아래 웹 경로에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 요청하면 즉시 새 활동을 차단하고, 진행 중인 요청이 끝난 뒤 서버 계정·자막·번역·이용 기록과 인증 계정을 삭제합니다. 최소 거래 식별 기록과 체험 악용 방지용 해시 식별자는 최대 180일, 삭제된 계정의 재접속 차단용 해시는 최대 30일 보관한 뒤 자동 삭제합니다. 보존된 거래 기록에서는 계정 UID·구매 검증 토큰·자막·이메일을 제거합니다.

기기의 재생 위치·설정·캐시는 기기의 앱 데이터로 남을 수 있습니다. 로그아웃이나 Google 연결 해제만으로 서버 기록과 기기 캐시가 모두 삭제되지는 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 방법도 아래 연락처에서 안내받을 수 있습니다.

서비스 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고, 번역 서버는 로그인 및 앱 인증을 확인합니다. 서버 기록은 계정별로 구분되며 운영 접근을 제한합니다. 이 안내 페이지에는 광고나 방문 분석 스크립트가 없습니다.

5. 연결 해제, 열람·정정 및 삭제 요청

Google 계정의 연결 관리에서 gPlayer의 Google 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 다시 허용하기 전까지 Drive 연동을 사용할 수 없습니다.

gPlayer 계정, 서버에 저장된 자막·번역 및 관련 사용자 데이터의 삭제 또는 열람·정정을 원하면 mate2nd2011@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요. 사용한 Google 계정 이메일과 원하는 처리 범위(계정 전체 또는 저장된 번역 등)를 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리 범위와 결과를 안내합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드 또는 신분증을 이메일로 보내지 마세요.

gPlayer 기록 삭제는 원본 Google Drive 파일이나 Google 계정의 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다. 앱의 자막 설정 또는 Drive 화면에서 ‘gPlayer 계정 삭제’를 선택할 수 있습니다. 앱을 사용할 수 없어도 계정 삭제 요청 페이지를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다. 구독은 계정 삭제와 별도로 스토어에서 해지해야 합니다.

6. 제공 범위와 방침 변경

출시 준비 중이며 실제 사용 가능한 번역·결제 기능은 앱의 표시를 따릅니다. 첫 출시에서는 리워드 광고를 제공하지 않습니다. 상품 조건은 서비스 이용약관에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 제공 기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 방침과 시행일을 수정하고, 필요한 경우 앱에서 안내 및 동의를 받습니다.

Data access and purposes

Google sign-in provides your email, account identifiers, basic profile such as name and profile image, and authentication tokens. These support sign-in and account verification, including Firebase Authentication for translation accounts. We do not receive your Google password.

Read-only Drive access lets the app list folders, shared drives and file metadata and read selected videos and subtitles for playback, subtitle discovery and display. The app does not edit or delete Drive files or change sharing permissions. Device-selected files are read for playback and subtitles. Playback positions, preferences and some translation caches may be stored locally.

Processing and sharing

Video streams go directly from Google Drive to your device. When you request AI subtitle translation, subtitle text, timing and language information are sent to the gPlayer server and Google Gemini. The translation server does not receive your Drive access token or video stream. Firebase Authentication verifies identity; Cloud Firestore stores translation source, results, job status, credit balances and usage for service delivery, reuse, error handling and cost control. Server records are separated by authenticated user and are not pooled or sold to other users. Personal test builds also contain a direct Firebase AI translation path and local result cache.

Technical data such as IP addresses and errors may be processed to handle requests and protect the service. Support email content and reply addresses are used to handle inquiries and deletion requests. Google processing is governed by its Privacy Policy and the Gemini API Terms, and may occur internationally.

For purchases, Apple or Google provides product and transaction identifiers, verification tokens, a random account-linking identifier and subscription/refund status. These support credit delivery and duplicate/fraud prevention. Payment card details are handled by the store and are not received by gPlayer.

Limited Use

gPlayer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Drive data for user-selected playback, subtitle and translation features, not advertising targeting, data sales or datasets for general-purpose AI model training. Human access to content is limited to explicitly requested or consented support, security response or legal obligations.

Retention, security and your choices

Account information, source subtitles, translations and usage records are retained for account operation and translation reuse until deletion is requested; deletion can be requested in the app or via our website. In-app requests immediately block new activity; after in-flight requests finish, the server removes the account, subtitle content, translations, usage and authentication account. Minimal transaction identifiers and a hashed trial-abuse identifier are retained for at most 180 days; a hashed deleted-account guard is retained for at most 30 days. These markers are automatically purged. Retained transaction records exclude the account UID, verification token, subtitles and email. Local preferences and caches may remain in device app data. Signing out or revoking Google access does not automatically delete server records or all local caches.

Service connections use HTTPS. The translation server checks sign-in and app authentication, separates records by account and restricts operational access. This information page contains no advertising or analytics scripts.

You can revoke access through Google Account connections. To request access, correction or deletion of your gPlayer account, stored subtitles, translations or related user data, email mate2nd2011@gmail.com with the Google email used in the app and the requested scope. We verify the requester's identity and explain the processing scope and outcome. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or identity documents. gPlayer record deletion does not delete your original Drive files or Google account. Use Delete gPlayer account in subtitle settings or the Drive screen, or the account deletion request page without the app. Cancel store subscriptions separately; deleting your account does not cancel them.

The app is preparing for release; available translation and payment features are shown in the app. Rewarded ads are excluded from the first release. See the Terms of Service for product conditions. We will update this policy and effective date when processing changes and provide notice or obtain consent where required.
