gPlayer 계정 삭제
앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우에도 여기서 계정·데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 직접 요청
Google Drive 탐색 화면의 계정 삭제 아이콘 또는 자막 설정의 gPlayer 계정 삭제를 선택하세요. 안내를 확인한 뒤 본인 인증을 거쳐 삭제를 요청합니다.

gPlayer에서 사용한 Google 계정 이메일과 “gPlayer 계정 전체 삭제”를 적어주세요. 비밀번호·인증 코드·신분증은 보내지 마세요. 해당 이메일의 소유 확인 후 계정과 자막·번역·이용 기록을 삭제하고 결과를 안내합니다. 이메일 요청은 통상 7일 이내 처리하며 추가 확인이 필요한 경우 안내합니다.
삭제 범위
gPlayer 계정, 서버에 저장된 자막·번역·사용 기록과 이용권을 삭제합니다. 원본 Google 계정과 Drive 파일은 삭제하지 않습니다. 삭제된 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.
중복 지급·환불 및 체험 악용 방지를 위한 최소 거래 기록과 해시 식별자는 최대 180일 보관 후 삭제합니다. 여기에는 자막·이메일·Google 접근 토큰이 포함되지 않습니다.
구독은 별도로 해지해주세요
계정 삭제가 구독 해지를 대신하지 않습니다. 삭제 요청은 구독 해지 여부와 관계없이 접수됩니다. Google Play 구독 또는 Apple 구독에서 관리하세요. 환불은 해당 스토어로 요청하세요.
Delete your gPlayer account
In the app, choose Delete gPlayer account from the Drive browser or subtitle settings. To request deletion without the app, email mate2nd2011@gmail.com from the Google email used with gPlayer and ask for full account deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents. After verifying email ownership, we delete the account and its subtitles, translations, usage data and credits. Email requests are normally processed within 7 days; we will contact you if further verification is needed.
Your Google account and original Drive files remain. Minimal transaction records and a hashed trial-abuse identifier can remain for up to 180 days, without subtitles, email or Google access tokens. Account deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel store subscriptions. Manage subscriptions separately in Google Play or Apple settings. Deletion requests do not require prior subscription cancellation.
